Les fournisseurs d'accès à Internet ont de nombreux engagements à tenir dans les prochains mois. En parallèle, le Conseil d'Etat examinera jeudi 5 octobre une loi sur la consommation voulue par Thierry Breton. Un texte qui, lui aussi, pourrait modifier en profondeur les pratiques des FAI mais, cette fois, via des obligations légales.

Jean-François Poitut, chargé de mission à l'UFC-Que Choisir, et Giuseppe de Martino, président de l'Association des fournisseurs d'accès et de services Internet (AFA), constatent l'avancée de cinq engagements pris par les industriels pour faciliter la vie des consommateurs. Regards croisés.
